This retractable centering pin has a double use :
- It allows precise cutting positionning with hollow punches. Before cutting, the outgoing pin permits the centering. During the cutting, the retracted pin allows the stamping movement. It can be also used as an ejector of the pellet.
- Its allows also the centering for using the sealing ring cutter.
